Dennis has been married to his beautiful wife Margo for 23 years, and they have an equally beautiful and talented 21-year-old daughter, Athina, and a gifted-in-every-way 18-year-old son, Christos. Add one rambunctious 8 year old Maltese named Lucy, his mother, and his mother-in-law to the mix, and it makes every moment at home exciting! Dennis loves the Baltimore Ravens, and is an avid football fan. He is also a certified indoor cycling instructor, and loves working out! Dennis is also involved with the 5 Greek Orthodox churches in the area.
Sandy came to Koons in 1985, having worked for the previous owner before Koons acquired the dealership. She began in the automobile business in 1981 doing finance and insurance, first at our Chevrolet dealership and then with Ford. Sandy later moved to the accounting department in 1984 and worked various accounting positions before becoming Controller.
She and her husband, Pat, have been married for over 23 years and have a teenage son and a Golden Retriever. Sandy enjoys reading, gardening, and watching her son's lacrosse games. Having grown up in Pittsburgh, she is a life-long Steelers fan.
Charlie started at Koons in August 2009.
Steve has been in the car business since 1988. He started at what was known as Koons Lincoln Mercury Volvo. His current position at Koons Ford of Baltimore started in 1996, and he has never looked back.
Steve and his wife Karen have raised 5 children with the youngest, Jacob, being 16 years of age. They enjoy bike riding, swimming and travel. One of his passions is creating and maintaining a backyard vacation spot. That's where they spend most of their free time.
Michael started at Koons in April of 2012.
Shawnae began working at Koons in April of 2012 as a part time evening and Saturday Receptionist.
Raymond has 1 year experience in the Automotive industry and a total of 5 years sales experience. Raymond values customers and is committed to providing a hassle free and pleasant sales experience! Raymond has a perfect 5 star rating with DealerRater which is a third party Rating website.
Raymond enjoys playing all sports and currently plays for the Bullets Ice Hockey team in Laurel MD, GO BULLETS!
Ahmed started working for Koons in 2001. He is Palestinian, from Gaza Strip. Ahmed earned his master's degree in International Relations, and he enjoys traveling, history and current world events. He is fluent in Arabic.
When Ahmed is not working, he spends all of his free time with his wife and their newborn baby daughter.
Steve has been in the automotive business since 1983 and with Koons since 2005.
He loves being at Koons working with customers, and holding season tickets. GO RAVENS! He is soon to be a proud grandfather.
Larry has worked at Koons since August 1989.
Zach began working at Koons in October of 2011.
Harry is a Senior Master Technician and has been working on Fords since 1978. He started at Koons in 1994. He achieved regional finalist in the Ultimate Master Technician Challenge in 2004.
Harry has been married to his beautiful wife Lynn since 1981. Currently, he is learning Spanish. His hobbies include playing bass guitar and being Ravens & Caps fan.
Larry has been in the automotive business since 1986. He has held many postions, from sales to management. He has been with Koons Baltimore Ford since June 2007.
Larry has been married for 26 years to Zenella Bouldin, and they have a one beautiful daughter, Elana and a 2 year old grand daughter, Sienna, who is Pop- Pop's "boo- boo." He is a Deacon at Transformation Ministries in Baltimore, Md.
Larry has been working in the auto collision business since 1986 and started working for Koons in 1999. Larry enjoys taking a totally destroyed vehicle and making it look brand new again. He has won the Golden Medallion award for two straight years.
Larry has been happily married to his wife Linda since 1989. He is a proud father of the three boys. Eric is the oldest and is serving as a U.S. Marine. Josh is a student at Towson University. Brady, the youngest, is a student at Chesapeake High School.
Brad has been in the automotive industry for 7 years. He started at Koons in 2006. His favorite hobbies include hunting, fishing, and old cars. He is a huge ravens fan!
Cham began working at Koons in September of 2008.
Norm began working at Koons in June of 1981.
Barbara is the cheery voice you hear (especially 1st thing in the morning!) each time customer calls Baltimore Ford, as the morning receptionist since 2005. She was previously employed with the City of Baltimore.
She enjoys talking to the customer, being helpful, and hopefully making the customer's day a little brighter. She is married with three children and 3 grandchlildren and sings in two choirs at church.
Dan has been working for Koons since 2004. He loves the car business and can't imagine doing anything else. He has held a variety of positions including Sales, F&I, and Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
Dan lives in Hampstead Md with his wife of 6 yrs and his two beautiful daughters.
He says, "If anyone is thinking about getting into the Car Business please give me a call and I will tell you why Koons is the BEST!"
Melvin began working at Koons in September of 2000.
Diana returned to Koons in February of 2010, after a "temporary retirement." From February to May, she trained in the Service Dept & Body Shop, and then returned to the accounting department. She enjoys being able to "fill in" in those departments. She also works as a switchboard. She believe that the variety of positions gives a good insight as to the "mechanics" of the dealership.
Currently, she is learning the tag & title position. She likes her job because every day is different.
Brian started as a stock clerk in 1987 working and worked his way up to parts representative, and to parts manager. He loves spending time with his wife of 13 years and their 3 children ages 25,23 and 12 and going for rides on his 2005 Harley-Davidson.
Kenny originally began working for Koons in November of 1995.
Marvin began working for Koons in January of 2012.
Pete started working at Koons in November 13th 2002. It was his first time in car business and he loved it. Prior to car sales, Pete was a dispatcher at yellow Transportation for a while . Pete sold new cars for 8 1/2 years and he just changed over to previously owned vehicles. He likes to treat people the way he likes to be treated with patients and caring for their needs .
Pete has 3 kids and 2 grandkids. Joy, Jonathan, and Jasmine.
Norm has been in sales for over 40 years. He started with Park Sausage Co, but jumped into car sales in 1982 and with Koons since 2005. He has been a director of used cars and a buyer, but he loves sales.
Norm has 3 kids, 4 grandkids and he plays golf every chance he can. Norm also proudly served his country in Vietnam as a United States Marine.
Ben originally began working for Koons in October of 2004.
Nicole started working at Koons in 1995 as the Payroll Clerk. She has held a variety of positions within the accounting department. She has enjoyed making friends and contacts with employees at other Koons dealerships as well as other dealerships throughout Maryland and Virginia. Nicole's favorite aspects of her job are the cross training that employees receive in order to be promoted, that there is never a dull moment, and that she is constantly learning new things. Nicole and her husband, Clint, are season ticket holders for the Baltimore Ravens and are very involved in fantasy football. They have been married since 1998 and live with their cat, Mo.
Marvin began working for Koons in May of 2012.
Ed has been with Koons since 2006. He fluently speaks Spanish. Ed also sells real estate. His hobbies include going out and relaxing with friends.
Gary began working for Koons in August of 2009 at Koons Lincoln/Mercury Volvo.
Slavo began working for Koons in June of 2006.
Damian started working for Koons back in 2009. He enjoys listening to music and watching WWE.
Roy started working for Koons in 2007. He enjoys listening to music and eating good food.
Herb works with the four Koons Ford stores on vehicle orders and inventory. Herb started with Koons in July 1995 after doing auto consulting work.
Steve started at Koons in 1992 and has been in car business full-time since 1976. Steve has held a variety of positions in the automotive business including Car Jockey and Service Manager. One of his high points with Koons was when he earned Gold Medallion for being a top-performing Service Manager.
Steve and his wife of over 31 years have three sons. Steve's hobbies include golf, camping, and traveling.
Eric began working for Koons in February of 2002.
CJ originally began with Koons in October of 2003.
Rich began working for Koons in March of 2011.
Cartez has worked for Koons since June 2008.
Ray has worked at Koons for over one year, and with Ford parts for over 18 years. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family, and training his 258 pound English Mastiff named Brewster.
Alona began working for Koons in August of 2009.
Tyler began working for Koons in January of 2012.
Tiffany began working for Koons in December of 2011.
Jeff started with Koons in 2002 at Koons White Marsh Chevy and transferred to Koons Baltimore Ford in 2009. His hobbies include riding and racing motorcycles, boating, and spending time with his family.
Hamp started in the car business with Koons in 2002 after 37 years with Montgomery Ward. He was interested in cars and liked to drive so he started as a DX driver, but his attention to detail led him to his current position as Inventory Manager. In addition, he handles courtesy deliveries, scheduling DX's and still occasionally drives for the dealership.
His hobbies include model trains-some of which were purchased by his dad when he was growing up. He also enjoys old cars-2 of them have been in the family for over 30 years. Hamp and his wife have one married son and three grandchildren.
BJ is a Senior Master Technician and a Diesel Technician. He has been with Koons since 1998.
BJ is the proud father of one son and helps to protect the community as a Volunteer Fire Fighter.
Jack has worked in Ford parts since 1988. He says the best part of his job is learning about the new technology that Ford uses in their automobiles. He likes lifted 4x4 Ford trucks and has a lifted 2006 Ranger that he keeps impeccably clean.
Jack is a single dad with two teenage children, Katie and Becky. Jack enjoys cheering for the Ravens, camping, boating, bass fishing, hunting, and PC gaming.
Bruce started in the auto business at local ford dealer in 1987 from high school as tech. He was there for 8 yrs. At first, he filled in for a advisor that was out injured and he never went back to working on cars. His free time is spent with his son and girlfriend on the water or at the race track. Bruce grew up in the area and consider himself the original Reisterstown rocket.
Derek started in auto industry in 2001, all with The Great Organization at Koons. Derek says, "Car Sales is second to breathing to me." He is Master Certified with several awards and honors that mirrors his dedication.
He has a beautiful family with his wife of 15 years and two children and a Aussie named "Quincy." His hobbies include building model cars, reading and watching old action movies. He also assists on his son's AAU Basketball team with plays and strength training.
Adam started in the automotive industry at Normandy Ford in 1984. He has worked for Koons since May 2007.
Adam and his wife Lisa have been married for 18 years. They enjoy spending time with their two children, Adam, Jr. and Alaina. Adam is crazy for the Ravens! He also loves spring and summer activities like swimming, bass fishing, boating, golfing, and going to the beach. His family loves to vacation in Ocean City and Orlando, Florida where Adam enjoys the search for that elusive 10+ pound bass.
Inez has been with Koons Ford of Baltimore for over 25 years. She has held various positions at the dealership. Inez likes to write Christmas poems about the dealership.
Rickey has worked for Koons since August 1992.
Walter has been with Koons since July 2005 and enjoys working on vehicles. He also enjoys playing with his three dogs, playing computer games, building computers, and playing guitar.
Debbie started at Koons in January 1986. She says the best thing about her job is that she loves her coworkers.
Debbie has a daughter and 2 dogs. She likes going to car shows with her husband Barry showing their 67 GTO and 32 Ford. Currently, she is helping on restoring a 65 Ford Mustang Fastback.
James started with Koons in 1994. He enjoys hunting, the outdoors, and spending time with his two boys.
David started in the automotive business in 1976. He has worked in this building since 1983, when it was Champion Ford and continued here when Koons took over in 1985. He is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute and Hunter Engineering School. He is certified in front end, brakes, manual transmission, rear ends and electrical systems.
David has been married over 35 years, with two sons, a grandson and a grandchild on the way. His hobbies include woodworking, and going to flea markets, yard sales and auctions. He also likes to travel and camp.
Anthony started with Koons in February 2007 and enjoys working on vehicles. His hobbies include working on his Mustang at home and snowboarding.
Keith has been with the Koons organization since 2005, and has held various positions in the sales departments, from financing to running the desk. Keith has been married for 11 years and has 5 children, ages 2 months to 9 years old.
Prior to Koons Keith worked as a Cadillac/Jeep sales manager. Before finding his way into the car business, Keith was an Elementary Special Education teacher. Keith spends all of his free time with his wife and children.
Raymond has worked for Ford for over 53 years and for Koons for over 39 years. He and his wife, Lois, have been married for 52 years. He says it seems like they just got married yesterday!
Dano has been with Koons since 1986. Dano also likes working on his 1986 Mustang. And Is a Huge Baltimore Ravens Fan and likes to go to the games.
Todd has worked for 24 years in the Ford parts industry and is Master Certified. Todd has worked for Koons Ford for about one year and regrets not being at Koons for his entire 24 years in the industry.
Moses came from Liberia in 1969. He went to school for 3 years and in 1974 he became a U.S citizen. He started working for Koons in 1979 and he enjoys spending time with his family and cooking.
Chuck worked for 24 years at a Lincoln-Mercury dealership prior to coming to Koons in 2009. Chuck also worked as a mechanic for five years with Exxon and became a Service Advisor in 1985.
Tracy started working for Koons in 2000 as a switchboard operator. Then she moved to the accounting office as a tag and title/wholesale clerk. Tracy enjoys working with all customers, whether it's greeting them on the switchboard or helping to complete their tag/title work.
She has been married for over 16 years and has two daughters. Tracy and her husband enjoy splashing around the pool with their daughters.
John has worked for Koons since April 2000. He enjoys collecting knives and he is an avid Taco eater.
Kevin started in 2002 at Koons Lincoln-Mercury/Volvo in the prep department. A year later he transferred to the sales department where he won the "Sales Person of the Month" award several times. Kevin later transferred to his current location, Koons Baltimore Ford.
Kevin is a father of four: Kelly, Kortni, Erica, and Kevin, Jr. Kevin is a member of the Transformation Church of Jesus Christ where he serves as an Usher. Kevin's favorite sports are basketball and football. He most enjoys watching the San Antonio Spurs and the Chicago Bears. Kevin loves to eat breakfast food, Italian food, and soul food.
Dorise has been at the body shop since 2004. She loves working with all the staff at the dealership and enjoys working with customers. Dorise is a mother of eight children and has nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Dorise enjoys shooting pool, boating, gardening, working with children, and cooking.
David has been with Koons Ford since 1985, having worked for the previous owner from 1984-1985. He enjoys being home with his family, watching the Ravens! He likes watching movies, going out dancing with friends and coming home to his dachshund/beagle.
Marco started at Koons in 2002. He enjoys golfing, working with children, and playing basketball.
Tom started selling cars and been with Koons Ford since Feb. 2010 and he got promoted to Sales Manager in January 2012. Before Koons Ford, he worked for Gold's Gym for five years, where he took advantage of a Crossfit Lvl 1. Personal Training Certification. He has been driving or riding shotgun in a Ford since the day he was born! He learned to drive in a 5spd '96 Mustang GT. So the first vehicle that he ever bought was a brand new '07 5spd Mustang GT. Recently, he become a member of the Ford Fusion family! He has found that the transparency and making sure everyone is on the same page throughout the purchase process is the best way to make sure everything goes perfectly! When his customers leave the dealership in their new vehicle, he want them to be 100% satisfied! His goal is that all of his customers know they have someone in the business who will treat them right, someone they can come to and trust next time they're in the market, and that if they have any questions down the line, he is just an email away!
Matt is new to Koons Baltimore Ford and to auto sales in general. He is enjoying the daily challenge of providing outstanding customer service, building business for the Koons auto group, and upholding the legacy of quality and innovation that is the Ford Motor Company.
Having spent four years in the New York City metropolitan area earning his Bachelor's degree, Matt now lives on the Mason-Dixon line just into Pennsylvania. He enjoys traveling, cooking, movies, non-profit work, and is active in the community as a volunteer firefighter.

Bolong is from Gambia and he finished his school there to become a mechanic.
Tina Tate started working for Koons of Baltimore since Sept 2010. Part time as a switchboard operator and customer service. She has two granchildren. She enjoys cooking, reading, shopping,and taking care of the elderly in her neighborhood.
Abhay started with Koons in August 2001. He enjoys playing basketball and hanging out with friends.
Desiree started working for Koons since February, 2010 and she said, "I have had the best work experience of my life." She works as a Customer Service Specialist in the Business Development Center. Her goal is to assist customers with finding the right vehicle for them. She will always continue to go above and beyond to make sure customers "Drive" home with a smile on their faces.
Casey has been working with Koons since 2009. She has two brothers and one sister. Her favorite hobbies include playing softball, swimming and fishing. Her favorite football team is the RAVENS!
Dale has worked for 49 years in the automotive industry and two years at Koons. He has worked as a Parts Manager for 38 Years.
Michael has worked for Koons since February 2009.
Richard better known as Rick. He started working at ford dealers in the early 90's as a parts driver, then quickly moved up to stock clerk and then the to parts counter. Rick started with Koons in 2000 at the parts counter.
Rick has been married to his wife for more than 11yrs and enjoys watching his stepdaughter and daughter at there tap jazz ballet. As Rick is proud of them, he also is proud of his son doing so well playing football. Rick also enjoys watching NASCAR and any kind of racing.
